IN MEMORIAM
We are all saddened by the loss of this fierce competitor,
whose grit, determination, and fervor set the pace for his rivals. A career
tragically cut short by unforseen circumstances. In 2002, Dr. Dubé
retired from motorcycle roadracing to pursue other athletic activities.
Highlights included the inaugural Washington
DC Marathon in March and the spring classic Indianapolis Mini-Marathon in May.

2001 started on a sour note for AFR. Dubé, ably backed by the crack Advanced Motorsports Crew at Daytona International Speedway for the opening round of the AMA series, qualified on the 5th row for the ProThunder event in his first-ever visit to the renowned venue. Unfortunately, a crash during qualifying sent Dubé to the hospital and put an end to the proceedings. CLICK HERE to read the full 2001 Daytona report by RACE REPORTER.
